Stream or download a track's audio
GET/tracks/:trackId/stream
Returns the audio bytes. Servers MUST support Range requests (206 Partial Content) so
the app can seek while streaming and resume downloads. When maxBitrate or format asks
for something different from the original file and the server supports transcoding, it
may transcode; otherwise it returns the original.
